At Smith Bakeries, we are passionate about baking. Our founder, Jane Smith, has been baking since she was a child and has always dreamed of opening her own bakery. After years of working in the industry and perfecting her craft, she finally decided to take the leap and start Smith Bakeries.

We believe that the best products are made in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. All of our breads and pastries are made by hand, with love and care, using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations of bakers.
